We offer refunds only in exceptional cases and specified conditions, detailed as under:
The customer is entitled to a 100% refund before our writers/editors start working on the project. If (for any reason) you change your mind and decide against continuing your project with us after placing your order, you can ask for a refund within the first hour of placing your order. A 40% processing fee will be charged in other cases.
If we’re still not able to deliver what you asked for, refund will be processed with a mutual agreement on a set percentage (but only in the cases where the delivery is completely off the mark)
We at Ghost Book Editors value our customer’s privacy and we are highly committed to keeping clients’ personal information safe and secure. We collect only essential and inevitable information to process your order. We never share any of your information with any individual outside our parent company Digital Marketing in any way until you agree to permit us to do so.
All information is collected through Ghost Book Editors but maybe shared under (if required) with our parent company Digital Marketing. However, the parent company Digital Marketing uses highly secured platforms to ensure there is no breach of data.
